What is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by October 1st, 2026.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is cocktail attire. Men should wear a suit or a nice blazer with dress pants, while women can opt for a cocktail dress, chic midi dress, or dressy separates.

Can I bring my children or a plus-one?

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we kindly request that only the individuals listed on your invitation attend. Due to limited space, we're unable to accommodate additional guests.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors, with paved walkways to and from the ceremony site. The reception will be held indoors.

Food allergies or dietary restrictions

We will have gluten free and vegetarian options for our guests. If you have any specific dietary restrictions, please specify on your RSVP.

What is the best airport to use?

Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM) and Huntsville International Airport (HSV) will be the most convenient airport options. Both being about 45 minutes to an hour away from Smith Lake and hotel accommodations.
